Relieve Your Pain. Regain Your Active Life

It doesn’t take much to injure yourself.  It can happen from something as simple as sleeping the wrong way.  You wake with a sore neck, sore back or shoulder pain, try the usual over-the-counter meds or stretching, but the symptoms don’t go away.  Your day is disrupted from the moment your feet hit the floor.

Engaging in sports also exposes you to injuries. You could twist your ligaments, hyperextend joints or break a bone. For sports enthusiasts, there’s nothing like being sidelined for a couple of games because of an injury.

But worst of all are work-related injuries. With productivity hampered comes sacrificed livelihood and means of income. Being injured and unable to work can be costly and greatly inconvenient for you and your family.

End your suffering. Jump back into the game. Get back to work. It’s time to relieve your pain and regain your active life. Come to Suburban Physical Therapy and meet our team of physical therapists who can help you regain your optimal physical function and range of motion.
